Vidalia Onion Casserole

  1. Preheat
  2. oven
  3. to
  4. 350u0b0.
  5. Saute
  6. onion rings in 1/4 cup butter.
  7. Combine
  8. remaining
  9. butter
  10. with
  11. cracker
  12. crumbs. Reserve 1/4
  13. of
  14. crumb mixture for topping and layer remaining crumbs into
  15. bottom
  16. of greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
  17. Spread sauteed onion rings over crumb layer and sprinkle with cheese, salt and paprika.
  18. Combine eggs and milk and pour over layers. Top with reserved crumb mixture and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
