Jambalaya Grits

  1. In a large pot, stir fry pepper and onion in oil until onion is translucent.
  2. Add seasoning and grits.
  3. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until grits are thoroughly coated with seasoning and are slightly toasted.
  4. Add broth and tomatoes.
  5. Cover and cook on medium low heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Add chicken and sausage.
  7. Stir and cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
