Scrambled Morning Wrap

  1. Cook and stir vegetables in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min.
  2. or until peppers are crisp-tender.
  3. Add egg product and black pepper; mix well.
  4. Cook 3 to 5 min.
  5. or until set, stirring frequently.
  6. Stir in salsa; simmer on low heat 2 min., stirring occasionally.
  7. Spoon onto tortillas; roll up.
