Asian Rice Salad
- 1/2 c. frozen shelled edamame or peas
- 1 large takeout order Chinese roast pork
- 1 small takeout order Chinese white rice
- 2 thinly sliced
- 4 large radishes
- 2 tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Asian sesame oil
- In colander, rinse edamame under hot water to thaw; drain well.
- In medium bowl, toss pork, rice, onions, radishes, edamame, vinegar, and oil until combined.
