robinmay's hot spinach and artichoke dip
- 1 packages 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 1 can artichoke hearts drianed and chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach thawed drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup parmesan romano cheese grated
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 cup mozzerella cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- allow cream cheese to come to room temperature
- cream together mayo, parmesan, garlic, basil, garlic salt, and pepper..mix well
- add artichoke hearts and spinach and mix again
- spray a dish to bake in with nonstick spray and add the dip mixture
- top with mozzarella cheese
- bake at 350F for 25 minutes
- serve warm with pieces of Italian bread
