Classic Pepperoni Pizza

• 1/4 recipe Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough
• 1 cup pizza sauce
• 1-1/2 oz. (45 g) sliced pepperoni
• 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 3 Cheese Pizza Cheese

1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface.
3. Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Spread with sauce; top with pepperoni.
5. Bake 10 min.
6. Top with cheese; bake 8 to 10 min.
7. or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown around edge.
