Classic Pepperoni Pizza
- 1/4 recipe Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1-1/2 oz. (45 g) sliced pepperoni
- 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 3 Cheese Pizza Cheese
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface.
- Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spread with sauce; top with pepperoni.
- Bake 10 min.
- Top with cheese; bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown around edge.
