Fish Madelene

  1. Place fish in a shallow baking dish, in a single layer.
  2. Sprinkle fish with lemon pepper.
  3. Sprinkle fish with almonds and parsley.
  4. In a small bowl combine butter, wine and lemon juice.
  5. Pour over fish.
  6. Cover and bake at 350 for 10minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and let set 5 minutes
  9. before serving.
