Chicken Spaghetti
- 1 chicken
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 large jar pimientos, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large far cheez whiz
- 1 can olives, sliced
- 8 oz. to 12 oz spaghetti
- Boil chicken; debone. cook spaghetti in chicken broth; drain and rinse in hot water.
- In skillet, melt margarine and saute celery, pimentos, bell pepper, and onion.
- Cook slow until tender, then add soups and cheez whiz.
- Do not add water to soups.
- Combine chicken and all other ingredients (add some broth if dry).
- Bake just until hot at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Serves 10 - 12.
- (You can add a little hot sauce for spice.)
