Grilled Roasted Garlic Potato Salad

  1. Steam potatoes 10 min.
  2. or until just slightly undercooked; cool.
  3. Thread potatotes onto flat metal skewers; brush with some of the dressing.
  4. Grill potatoes on medium-high heat 5 to 8 min.
  5. or until potatoes are tender, turning and brushing frequently with remaining dressing.
  6. Remove from skewers; let cool to room temperature.
  7. Meanwhile, mix mayo, garlic and mustard in large bowl.
  8. Add potatoes and celery; mix lightly.
  9. Refrigerate until chilled.
