Grilled Roasted Garlic Potato Salad
- - small red new potatoes, halved
- 2 cups Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
- 3 cups Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup roasted garlic paste
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 qt. celery, diced
- Steam potatoes 10 min.
- or until just slightly undercooked; cool.
- Thread potatotes onto flat metal skewers; brush with some of the dressing.
- Grill potatoes on medium-high heat 5 to 8 min.
- or until potatoes are tender, turning and brushing frequently with remaining dressing.
- Remove from skewers; let cool to room temperature.
- Meanwhile, mix mayo, garlic and mustard in large bowl.
- Add potatoes and celery; mix lightly.
- Refrigerate until chilled.
