Nutty Fig & Apple Roll-Up

• 1 flour tortilla (6 inch)
• 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 of a medium apple apple, chopped
• 2 chewy fig-filled cookies, chopped

1. Spread tortilla with peanut butter; sprinkle with apple and cookies.
2. Roll up and enjoy!
