Apricot Butter

  1. Allow butter to come to room temp (I used salted,but you could use unsalted if you have sodium issues).
  2. Mix butter,preserves and powdered sugar with hand mixer.
  3. Allow flavors to come together(overnight is good) before placing in fridge.
  4. Allow to soften when serving.
  5. Makes 6 4oz canning jars for gift giving.
