Crispy Oven Fried Chicken Recipe
- 3-4 lbs. chicken parts
- 2 Large eggs, beaten with salt and a little water
- 2 c. finely crushed corn flakes
- 2 tbsp. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine dry ingredients and place on a large piece of paper.
- Dip chicken pcs in egg and then in corn flake mix; press mix into chicken so which it adheres well.
- Place prepared pcs on baking tray sprayed with Pam and drizzle a little corn oil over them.
- Bake 25-30 min; turn them over and bake for an additional 15-20 min.
