Crab Dip
- 1 can crab meat
- fresh
- 8 shakes Worchestershire sauce
- 8 shakes Tabasco
- hot sauce
- 6 scallions, chopped fine
- 1 tbsp. dill weed seasoning
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened (choose low-fat for calorie counters)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Beat by hand or electric mixer: cream cheese, sour cream, dill, Tabasco, Worchestershire, scallions .
- Blend in crab at last.
- Chill.
- It is best to set for 3 hours, very best at 12 hours to set flavors.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- Adjust flavor with Tabasco (more hot) by taste.
