spaghetti sauce
- 2 lb ground beef ( i used lean ground beef 93% lean 7% fat)
- 1 medium onion,chopped
- 3 tsp garlic,minced
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp marjoram,thyme,oregano,crushed rosemary
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 can 8 oz. mushrooms,chopped
- 2 can 14.5oz.stewed tomatoes
- 2 can 15 oz.tomato sauce
- 1 can 12oz.tomato paste
- in a large pan brown the beef,onion,and garlic.drain.
- add remaining ingredients to the beef,and simmer on low heat for 30 min-1hr.stirring occasionally.
- serve over pasta.
