Mauresque Cocktail

• 2 ounces pastis
• 1 ounce orgeat syrup
• Chilled or sparkling water, as you prefer.

1. Chill a highball or Collins glass well.
2. Add ice, give it a good stir and dump out the ice.
3. Add pastis and orgeat syrup.
4. Fill to top with club soda or water.
