bruschetta Recipe
- 4 roma tomatos blanched, peeled, deseed, fine diced
- 1 small onion fine diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tblspn fresh basil chopped
- 2 Tblespn olive oil
- 20 small baguette slices
- 1 cup italian blend shredded cheese
- grate fresh parmesan to garnish
- salt tt
- pepper tt
- 1.
- Place sliced baguettes in over at 350 untill firm.
- 2.
- Mix tomatos, onion, garlic, oil, basil, salt, pepper.
- 3. lightly sprinkle cheese blend on bagguettes and place back into oven untill cheese melts.
- 4.
- Scoop tomato mixture ontop of baguettes then grate parmesan ontop and serve
