Maehaen Beef (Filler For Burritos) Recipe

  1. Brown roast and cover with water.
  2. Cook slowly till roast falls apart (about 3 1/2 hrs).
  3. Cut up or possibly pull apart with forks.
  4. Should be stringy.
  5. Leave it moist with some broth.
  6. Add in rest of ingredients and cook another 30 min.
  7. Roll into tortillas - add in grated Cheddar cheese if you like.
  8. Optional: Lowfat sour cream, minced tomatoes, minced green onion spread on top.
  9. Enjoy!
