Alcoholic Picnic Drink Recipe

• 2 x lengths cucumber peel
• 2 piece orange peel pith removed
• 2 sprg borage
• 1 Tbsp. caster sugar
• 4 fl ounce ounce ounce brandy
• 2 bot aligote or possibly muscadet chilled soda water ice

1. Macerate the first five ingredients for half an hour then add in the wine.
2. When serving pop two ice cubes into a glass pour in the wine halfway and top up with soda.
3. For this to work on a picnic youll need a bottle cooler.
4. Serves 4
