Roasted Broccoli And Tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 12 oz broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp basil
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Mix oil, garlic powder and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add broccoli and tomatoes.
- Toss well to coat.
- Spread in a single layer on a foil lined 15 X 10 X 1 inch baking pan.
- Roast in oven 13 to 15 minutes or until broccoli is lightly browned.
- Meanwhile, mix vinegar, honey, basil, and oregano in a small bowl.
- Drizzle over roasted vegetables after removing from oven.
- Toss well to coat.
- Serve immediately.
