Bacon Ranch Nuef-Cheddar Potatoes
- 1/2 packages Softened "Neufchatel" Cream Cheese
- 2/3 cup *RANCH SOUR CREAM* I used 'Hidden Valley Dips'
- 1/4 cup Half & Half
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 cup crumbled bacon cooked chewy
- tsp Galic, minced
- 1/3 cup water
- 2/3 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 4 cup Potatoes (any kind: sliced, hash ect.)
- Preheat oven to 375 This is the quick and easy way.
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl (except potatoes).
- Mix well.
- Then gradually add potatoes mixing as you go.
- Before and after adding potato mixture to pan, drizzle pan with olive oil, then over mixture.
- Your ready for the oven.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
