Classic Egg Sandwich
- 25 each eggs
- 1 cup Unsalted butter, divided
- to taste black pepper
- 25 each English muffins, split
- 25 slices KRAFT Pasteurized Process American Cheese Slice
- 50 slices OSCAR MAYER 18-22 Slice Count Raw Bacon Flat Pak, cooked Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- FOR ONE SERVING: Beat 1 egg until foamy.
- Melt 1 tsp.
- butter in skillet on medium heat.
- Add egg; cook until set, stirring occasionally.
- Season with pepper.
- Meanwhile, toast 2 English muffin halves; spread 1/2 tsp.
- butter onto each half.
- Spoon egg mixture onto 1 muffin half; top with 1 Single and 2 bacon slices.
- Cover with second muffin half.
- Serve immediately.
