Classic Egg Sandwich

  1. FOR ONE SERVING: Beat 1 egg until foamy.
  2. Melt 1 tsp.
  3. butter in skillet on medium heat.
  4. Add egg; cook until set, stirring occasionally.
  5. Season with pepper.
  6. Meanwhile, toast 2 English muffin halves; spread 1/2 tsp.
  7. butter onto each half.
  8. Spoon egg mixture onto 1 muffin half; top with 1 Single and 2 bacon slices.
  9. Cover with second muffin half.
  10. Serve immediately.
