Avocado Salad
- 2 each avocados peeled, pitted, diced
- 1 each onions sweet, chopped
- 1 each sweet red bell peppers green, chopped
- 1 each tomatoes large, ripe, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro fresh, chopped
- 1/2 each limes juiced
- 1 x salt to taste
- 1 x black pepper to taste
- In a medium bowl, combine avocados, onion, bell pepper, tomato, cilantro and lime juice.
- Gently toss until evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper.
