Chicken Lo Mein

  1. Cut chicken into thin strips; coat with 1 tablespoon stir-fry sauce.
  2. Let stand 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cook pasta, omitting salt.
  4. Drain; rinse to cool and drain thoroughly.
  5. Combine 13 cup stir-fry sauce and 3 tablespoons water; set aside.
  6. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat.
  7. Add chicken and stir-fry 2 minutes; remove.
  8. Heat remaining oil in same pan.
  9. Add peas and carrot; sprinkle with salt.
  10. Stir-fry 4 minutes.
  11. Add sauce mixture, chicken, pasta and sesame seeds.
  12. Cook, stirring, until all ingredients are coated with sauce and pasta is heated through.
