New Classic Cheesy Veggie Casserole
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 5 frozen BOCA Vegan Veggie Burgers
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
- Whisk flour and milk in large microwaveable bowl until blended.
- Microwave on HIGH 4 min., stirring after 2 min.
- Add broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese and oregano; mix well.
- Place frozen patties in 9-inch square baking dish; top with vegetable mixture and stuffing.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.
