Ginger Tea

  1. Put ginger and 3 cups water in small saucepan, and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. Strain out ginger slices and discard or reserve for another use.
  4. Stir in honey, and serve hot.
  5. Tea can be reheated, if necessary.
