Seafood Spread
- 1 package Krab surimi
- 1/2 pounds Cooked Frozen Shrimp, Thawed, Peeled And Deveined
- 1- 1/2 package Cream Cheese, Softened
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons White Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 pounds Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Roughly crop the Krab and the shrimp.
- Combine the cream cheese with the lemon, Tabasco, Worcestershire, and all the spices.
- Mix well, then stir in the the cheddar cheese and the seafood.
- Mix lightly and chill for at least two hours.
- You could also bake it after chilling at 350F until heated through.
- Serve with crudites and crackers.
