Fiesta Pie

• 3 eggs
• 3/4 cup milk
• 2 cups STOVE TOP Chicken Flavor or Cornbread Stuffing Mix in the Canister
• 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
• 1 large tomato, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles, drained
• 3/4 cup chopped green onions

1. Beat eggs in large bowl; stir in milk.
2. Stir in stuffing mix, chicken, tomato, chilies and green onions until well mixed.
3. Spoon into greased 9-inch microwavable pie plate.
4. Cover loosely with wax paper.
5. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes.
6. Stir thoroughly to completely mix center and outside edges; smooth top.
7. Cover.
8. Microwave 4 minutes or until center is no longer wet.
9. Let stand 5 minutes.
10. Garnish with tomato wedges, sour cream and sliced green onions, if desired.
11. Makes 4 servings.
