Oven-Roasted Spareribs with Peach Glaze

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. For sauce, whisk first 7 ingredients in heavy small saucepan to blend.
  3. Place spareribs, bottom side up, on large baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; spread with 1/3 cup sauce.
  5. Turn ribs over.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; spread with 1/3 cup sauce.
  7. Bake ribs 45 minutes.
  8. Bring remaining sauce in pan to boil.
  9. Brush 2 tablespoons sauce over ribs.
  10. Bake ribs until sauce forms sticky glaze, about 8 minutes.
  11. Cut rack into individual ribs; serve with sauce.
