Fresh Asian Chicken Salad
- 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb./225 g)
- 4 cups torn salad greens
- 2 small navel oranges, peeled, sliced Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
- 1 cup diagonally cut snow peas
- 2 Tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted
- 2 small carrots, cut into matchlike sticks Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- Heat small skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook 2 min.
- on each side or until browned on both sides.
- Cook on medium-low heat 5 min.
- or until chicken is done (170 degrees F), turning occasionally.
- Slice chicken; place in large bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
