Grilled Mediterranean Steak Salad

  1. Marinate steak in 2 cups (500 mL) dressing for 3 - 4 hours.
  2. Grill to desired doneness.
  3. TOSS together mixed greens, tomatoes and black olives.
  4. Line plate with salad mixture; arrange steak on top.
  5. SERVE with reserved dressing.
  6. Garnish with parmesan.
