Mozuku Seaweed and Imitation Crab Sticks in Vinegar

  1. Rinse the raw mozuku seaweed and chop.
  2. Slice the cucumber and rub with a little salt.
  3. Transfer the cucumber into a bowl.
  4. Shred the imitation crab sticks into the bowl.
  5. Add the sushi vinegar and soy sauce, then toss everything together.
  6. Dish it up and sprinkle some white sesame seeds.
  7. Pan-Fried Eggplant Sandwich.
  8. Simmered Pork Belly and Daikon Radish.
  9. Pacific Saury Roasted with Sesame Seeds.
  10. Thick Egg Roll Omelet.
