Slam Dunk Crab Dip
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 14 cup milk
- 1 (8 ounce) packageflaked imitation crabmeat or 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
- 14 cup sliced green onion
- 14 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- assorted cracker
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth.
- Stir in the crab, onions, red peppers, curry powder, and garlic salt.
- Refrigerate until serving.
- Serve with crackers.
