Jalapeno Mustard

• 2 cups prepared mustard
• 1 sm. onion, finely chopped
• 1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
• 1 dash salt
• 1 tbsp. white vinegar
• Jalapeno pepper, minced, for garnish

1. Combine first 5 ingredients; stirring well.
2. Garnish; if desired.
