Meatballs In Spicy Chorizo Sauce

  1. Melt butter in 12-inch skillet until sizzling; add garlic.
  2. Cook 1 minute or until softened.
  3. Add sausage; cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes or until sausage is heated through.
  4. Reduce heat to medium; add tomatoes, pimientos, cumin, paprika and red pepper.
  5. Cook 5 minutes or until mixture is slightly thickened.
  6. Place sausage mixture in food processor bowl fitted with metal blade.
  7. Cover; process 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
  8. Add chicken broth, wine and meatballs to same skillet; pour sausage mixture over meatballs.
  9. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10-12 minutes or until heated through.
