Nut Filling

• 123 cups almonds finely
• 23 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon

1. Combine ingredients.
2. Mix well.
3. Set aside until ready to fill cookies.
4. Makes enough for one recipe of cookie dough.
