PHILLY 3 Step Blueberry Cheesecake

  1. MIX cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
  2. Add eggs; mix until blended.
  3. Stir in 1/2 cup (125 mL) blueberries.
  4. POUR into crumb crust.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining blueberries.
  6. BAKE at 350F (180C) for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
  7. Cool.
  8. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
  9. Garnish with whipped topping.
