PHILLY 3 Step Blueberry Cheesecake
- 2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese Regular or Light, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup blueberries, divided
- 1 ready-to-use 9 in (23 cm) Honey Maid Graham Pie Crust
- Cool Whip or Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
- MIX cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
- Add eggs; mix until blended.
- Stir in 1/2 cup (125 mL) blueberries.
- POUR into crumb crust.
- Sprinkle with remaining blueberries.
- BAKE at 350F (180C) for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Cool.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with whipped topping.
