Red Chilaquiles with Chicken

  1. Cook chiles in boiling water in medium saucepan 10 min.
  2. or until tender; drain, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking water.
  3. Blend chiles, reserved water, onions and garlic in blender until smooth.
  4. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  5. Add tortilla strips; cook 5 min.
  6. or until golden brown but not crisp, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add chile sauce and chicken to skillet; cook 5 min.
  8. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
  10. Cook 5 min.
  11. or until cheese is melted.
