So Easy Warm Apple Maple Pudding

• 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
• 1-1/2 cups 2% milk
• 1/2 cup maple syrup
• 1 medium Granny Smith apple, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 6 David Maple Leaf Cookies, coarsely crushed

1. Mix dry pudding mix, milk and maple syrup in microwaveable bowl.
2. Add apple; mix well.
3. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
4. or until warm.
5. Spoon into 6 individual ramekins.
6. Sprinkle with crushed cookies.
