Crispy Rice & Veggies
- 3 cups white rice
- 1 (15 ounce) can peas
- 2 (7 ounce) cans mushrooms
- 1 cup French-fried onions
- 2 tablespoons spices (Garlic & Herb, Mrs. Dash)
- Cook 3 cups of Instant Rice in a microwave safe bowl for approximately 5 minutes, or until boiling.
- Empty one can of peas into cooking pot and warm on the stove top.
- Empty the rice into a large bowl and empty the peas over top of the rice.
- Add 2 cans of mushrooms to the bowl containing the rice and peas.
- Then Add 2 tablespoons of Mrs.
- Dash garlic and herb flavor.
- After that add 1 cup of french fried onions.
- Mix well so that every thing is all around the pot and serve.
