Pickled Cherry Tomatoes and Fennel

  1. In a shallow dish, combine the water, vinegar, salt, sugar, cloves and cinnamon and stir.
  2. Add the fennel and tomatoes and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Drain and serve lightly chilled.
