Nanohana Japanese-Style Pasta
- 2 bunches Pasta
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1 half a package Nanohana
- 1 Bamboo shoots
- 1 half a small onion Onion (sliced)
- 1 half a clove Garlic (sliced)
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 1 dash Parmesan cheese
- 1 dash Mentsuyu
- Boil the pasta in a large pot of water.
- About three minutes before the pasta is done boiling, add the nanohana and bamboo shoots and boil together.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, and saute the garlic and onion.
- When the pasta is done boiling, add it to the frying pan.
- Quickly add the salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese and mix.
- Add a bit of mentsuyu and transfer to serving dishes.
- Garnish with some nanohana, sprinkle a bit of pepper on top, and enjoy!
