Fish Caldereta

  1. Saute' garlic & onion in the butter.
  2. Add water, tomato sauce, tomato paste, seasoning, and fish.
  3. Simmer for about a minute then add olives, bell pepper, peanut butter, liver spread.
  4. Simmer until sauce thicken then add the chili and fresh asparagus.
  5. Serve with steam rice.
