Black Raspberry Grapefruit Cherry Salad Recipe

  1. In medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add in ice cubes; stir till dissolved.
  3. Pour 1/2 c. of the gelatin into 3 1/2 c. ring mold.
  4. Chill mold and remaining gelatin till gelatin in mold is semi-set, about 20 min.
  5. Place liquid removed grapefruit sections over gelatin in mold.
  6. Stir yogurt into remaining gelatin and spoon over grapefruit.
  7. Chill till hard, at least 2 hrs or possibly overnight.
  8. To unmold, loosen mold around edges with knife; quickly dip mold into warm water.
  9. Invert onto moistened serving platter and carefully shake to release mold.
