Black Raspberry Grapefruit Cherry Salad Recipe
- 1 x 6-oz package black raspberry flavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 9 x ice cubes
- 1 x 16-oz jar grapefruit sections, liquid removed
- 1 x 8-oz container black cherry yogurt
- In medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Add in ice cubes; stir till dissolved.
- Pour 1/2 c. of the gelatin into 3 1/2 c. ring mold.
- Chill mold and remaining gelatin till gelatin in mold is semi-set, about 20 min.
- Place liquid removed grapefruit sections over gelatin in mold.
- Stir yogurt into remaining gelatin and spoon over grapefruit.
- Chill till hard, at least 2 hrs or possibly overnight.
- To unmold, loosen mold around edges with knife; quickly dip mold into warm water.
- Invert onto moistened serving platter and carefully shake to release mold.
