Girls Night Martini

  1. Moisten the rim of a chilled, oversized martini glass with water.
  2. Pour the sugar and cocoa into a saucer, and mix well.
  3. Dip the rim of the glass in the mixture, and roll to coat the rim thoroughly.
  4. Combine the espresso, vodka, creme de cacao, and banana schnapps in a cocktail shaker, add a handful of ice, and shake until frothy.
  5. Strain into the prepared glass.
  6. Garnish with a chocolate swizzle stick, if desired, and look out.
