Tangaroa
- Ice
- 1 ounce white rum
- 1 ounce amber rum
- 1/4 ounce amaretto
- 2 ounces mango puree or nectar
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 mango slice skewered on a cinnamon stick, for garnish
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled flute and garnish with the skewered mango slice.
