Trout with Garlic And Rosemary

  1. Rinse the trout inside and out; pat dry with paper towel.
  2. Using your fingers, rub olive oil over the inside and outside surface of each fish.
  3. Next, gently rub one clove of crushed garlic inside the body cavity of each trout, distributing the garlic throughout.
  4. Place one sprig of rosemary inside each fish.
  5. Place fish over medium-hot fire and grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.
