Mocha Sauce

  1. Microwave chocolate and coffee in microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 minute; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  2. Add sugar; mix well.
  3. Microwave 1 minute.
  4. Add butter and vanilla; stir until butter is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  5. Serve warm over ice cream.
  6. Garnish each serving with a dollop of prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping, or thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, and maraschino cherry, if desired.
