Mocha Sauce
- 12 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1-1/2 cups brewed double-strength GEVALIA Kaffe, Medium Roast
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Microwave chocolate and coffee in microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 minute; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Add sugar; mix well.
- Microwave 1 minute.
- Add butter and vanilla; stir until butter is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- Serve warm over ice cream.
- Garnish each serving with a dollop of prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping, or thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, and maraschino cherry, if desired.
