Mexican Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Cook rice as described on the package.
  3. In a medium baking pan (9"x13"), spread, in layers: refried beans, rice, black beans, guacamole, salsa, and cheese.
  4. Top with crushed tortilla chips.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Serve and top with sour cream, if desired.
