fishermans salad
- 2 each breaded fisherman gordon fillet
- 1 1/2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 cup romaine lettuce mixture
- 1 cup crutons
- 1 1/2 tbsp green goddess dressing
- preheat oven to 425.
- cook fish fillets 25-30 minutes make sure to flip them in half that time to get golden brown on each side.
- once done and cooling u can start to prepare your salad.
- take a good handful and spread it around your plate.
- add a bit more if desired.
- add sunflower seeds and crutons.
- top with green goddess dressing(or a dressing u prefer)
- cut up fish fillets in desierable size and top on salad.
- a great combo that i love and enjoy!
