Easy Tasty Stuffed Pork Chops
- 1 pork chop
- 3 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbles
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 dash sea salt
- Use a knife to slit a pork chop in the middle, like a flap.
- Open up flap then sprinkle crumbles on chop.
- Drizzle balsamic over crumbles.
- Crush a clove of garlic and spread on top of crumbles.
- Close flap.
- Drizzle olive oil over chop.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top.
- Bake 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
